TASTING
Subtle golden reflections highlight the color of this cuvée and bring it luminosity and elegance. The delicate effervescence is enhanced by a waltz of fine bubbles. The flavors are gradually expressed with notes of mirabelle plum and freshly picked vine flowers. The flavors of yellow summer fruits, peach, apricot, nectarine gradually mingle with those of bitter orange to give a balanced wine of remarkable amplitude which ends with lemony notes.
