We source nearly all our wines from small family producers across the world. Their commitment to quality means they employ many organic practices in their vineyards but the organic accreditation is very expensive and varies country by country. However, some of our wines come from 100% certified organic vineyards. We've put together this case of our absolute favourites including some from Puglia in Italy and an absolutely classic Bordeaux.
Zensa Primitivo - Intense ruby-red colour, with a complex bouquet, reminiscent of cherries, dried berries and toasted almonds. In the mouth it is full-bodied, yet smooth and elegant with a silky texture. The finish is long and lingering, with a burst of spiced cherries and bright fruit and earthiness at the end.
Zensa Fiano - The wine is straw yellow in color, with an elegant floral aroma of mango, peaches and sage. On the palate is crisp and refreshing, with tropical notes and exotic fruit. The finish is incredibly well balanced, long and persistent
Chateau Guibeau, Bordeaux - A fantastic Merlot-rich claret from this organic producer in the increasingly popular Castillon. Deep red fruits and a hint of spice are balanced with fine tannins, giving way to a prolonged finish.
