Concentrated, full-bodied but at the same time elegant Champagne, with a floral mousse! When you can not drink Roeder's prestige Champagne Cristal, Collection 243 is a good alternative.

Collection 243 has a large, immediate, fruity aroma and taste of exotic golden fruits, vanilla, almonds and toast which ends in a long and complex aftertaste. The soft and creamy mouthfeel of the mousse complements the eminent acid backbone beautifully, and together gives a fully molded champagne that requires more than just one glass!
