This vintage champagne, aims to capture the ultimate expression of the Pinot noir from our La Montagne estate, concentrated on the original vines purchased by the Champagne House. The Vintage is therefore a testament to an exceptional year, a snapshot of a terroir that has undergone a slow maturation process. Composed of Pinot noir sometimes complemented by Chardonnay, the Vintage cuvee is generally matured on lees for 4 years and left for a minimum of 6 months after degorgement (disgorging) to attain perfect maturity. The power and maturity of the Verzy Pinot Noir forge its identity, its notes of intense fruit, juicy pear and concentrated citrus, almost candied, acidic red fruits.
