Jeroboam Of Chapel Down's best-selling English sparkling wine. Brut is a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc. Aromas of red apple, lemongrass and freshly baked bread together with hints of strawberry and quince on the palate and fine persistent bubbles.

 

Grapes- 45% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir, 11% Pinot Meunier, 3% Pinot Blanc

Freed from grape variety restrictions, the blend for our flagship English sparkling lines has its basis in the three traditional varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, but also includes Pinot Blanc. Pinot Blanc provides a key point of differentiation, imparting these wines with a stand out floral delicacy.
