Domaine Fillon & Fils traces its roots back to the early 1900s within the quaint village of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux. Today, the winery’s ownership remains firmly entrenched within the same family lineage, upholding a tradition of winemaking onsite and harvesting grapes from its 90 acres of vineyards spread across Burgundy.

Chablis is renowned for its crisp, mineral-driven Chardonnays, and Premier Cru vineyards represent some of this region’s finest and most sought-after terroirs. Among these esteemed vineyards lies Les Beauregards, a gem coveted by Burgundy aficionados.
