• The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature set between 25 and 28 °C
• Transferred to oak barrels to undergo malolactic fermentation, with periodic batonnage and ageing between 6 and 10 months
• In the mouth, it has mineral notes, memories of plum jam and sweet tannins
• Combines perfectly with grilled fatty fish like tuna and manages to express itself deliciously well with white meat, poultry (partridge, duck), and mushroom sauce
