Located on the Cantenac plateau, in Margaux, the Château Kirwan vineyard covers 37 hectares of vines. This superb outcropping of gravel and clay meet all the conditions necessary to ripen the great grape varieties of the Médoc.

The winemaking

Low-intervention winemaking with gentle extraction and maceration for 15 to 20 days, to obtain a perfect balance between freshness, fruity aromas and structure.

The blend

The Château Kirwan is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot.  Notes of red and black fruits such as cherry and blackcurrant on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced.
