Château Haut-Pingat is a small sized family estate, located in the heart of Entre-deux-mers region. It is an attractive easy-drinking « claret », ideal with classic and modern cuisine. Plummy purple in colour with aromas of ripe red and black fruit on the nose. On the palate it is silky and smooth with a hint of spice from the Cabernet grapes. Supple tannins are also present, but not overpowering

Varieties : Merlot 80% - Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Cabernet Franc 10%

Vinification : Traditional in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
