Cherry red. Elegant and intense on the nose, it reveals soft notes of strawberries and cherry liquor that harmonizes with the aromas from its passage through medium toasted wood, spices and vanilla. On the palate, its passage is complex, balanced and fresh, reflecting, at all times, the varietal finesse of Tempranillo from Rioja Alta. Soft and sweet tannins that invite a second, third glass.

 

Elaboration

Parcel selection that seeks the optimal point of varietal expression of Tempranillo and enhances the good work of winegrowers.

After a zonal selection of the Tempranillo clusters, fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks together with their skins, with the aim of obtaining the greatest amount of varietal aromas. The terroir of the area gives the wine such a structure that it allows it to spend at least 12 months in oak barrels without masking the typicity of the Tempranillo.
