With a casual air, pale yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it has an elegant aromatic potential that envelops white, floral and fruity notes, with citrus aromas. On the palate it is fresh, cheerful, tasty, balanced, intensifying the aromas of green apple, pear and banana, which combine with citrus touches, on a background of floral nuances. Integrated and very evident natural acidity that sustains an elegant and long finish that invites you to drink and enjoy.

The transport is done quickly to avoid oxidation. Must obtained after a few hours of maceration of the grapes, in a membrane press without applying any pressure. Controlled fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by prolonged contact with the yeasts after fermentation, with the aim of increasing its volume in the mouth.
